Anger is the most inevitable feeling we may never run away from. In most cases the angry one feels they are the wronged one even when they are not! Now that's patturbing.
Now imagine that moment where anger has caught you off guard. What do you do?...break glass....kick chairs....sproute vulgarites at your opponent....cut your writs.....then what?
It's typical of an angry mind to be irrational...powerful body and spirit at the time but for some people....these characters fail to connect to the mind....thus those mentioned actions
The problem only arises when the damage you caused in that state gets back to you, when all the anger has disappeared and you say you can't believe you did what you did. But you did it anyway!
See...I always tell my friends to choose the things they should be mad at. I believe you can't be mad at every little thing. It's not like you're pregnant or rather too old and helpless to have this overwhelming pity over yourself!
When something meant to be a burden, an issue Occurs, have the odesity to weigh and categorise..see if it's even worth your anger! Develop this pride in you. It's not self denial....bt see...if you realize it's last on the list of your problems, shift your worries to something more worthy.
Do not let everyone or anyone get on your nerves simply because your approachable and down to earth....your humble character did not sign up for that...set your limits...you have a brain and it should serve you right.
When your boss is super mad, choose not to be mad at the same time. You can't afford two corrupted minds to clash. You might end up the loser. Get mad later....it won't kill you.
A friend could erupt over you over something you hardly know of. How do you handle them. You know they might not believe you now because they probably have the wrongest source of information. You react right away....your friendship is at stake.
Let's always make use of people's calm moments...a lot is driven to the back of the mind. The mind seeks to understand more in this state.
Breaking chairs and throwing glasses does not help....even when your indebted. You feel your getting over the edge, walk away...have a simple walk to clear your head, seek out your hobby, have a small chat with a stranger...get an unbiased opinion, and so on.
Not forgetting..the best vengeance is being successful.
